The agency is seeking on-demand landscape, irrigation, vegetation management, restoration, and urban forestry services. The project covers maintaining high-quality public landscapes and recreation facilities, improving water-use efficiency, supporting native landscape success, enhancing urban tree canopy, and providing rapid response for irrigation failures and vegetation management. The agency requires contractors with demonstrated municipal experience and specialized expertise for tasks including native landscape installation, ecological restoration, irrigation system repair, and large-scale vegetation management. The performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be a USA Organization only. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026, before 5:00 p.m. Proposals are due by August 6, 2026, before 1:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT), and must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct. The agency plans to evaluate proposals from August 6-14, 2026, with potential interviews scheduled for August 24-25, 2026. A tentative notice of intent to award is scheduled for August 27, 2026, with contract execution anticipated by September 1, 2026.
