Clinical Clearance Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide clinical clearance services. This service supports the mission to ensure patient and campus safety, meet clinical placement requirements, and comply with federal, state, and clinical partner regulations. The vendor will deliver timely, accurate, and secure background screenings and immunization verifications. The project covers comprehensive screening and immunization-record acquisition services. This includes performing background checks and drug screening services. Background checks will be processed within 3-5 business days and will include national background checks, CORI, and SORI checks. Drug screening services are also required. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization only. The performance of the work will be onsite or offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. The contract period will be for two years. The agency is looking for proposals.
