Property Tax Bill Preparation, Printing, Mailing and ENotice Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property tax bill preparation, printing, mailing, and eNotice services. This includes receiving tax billing data from the agency's tax software system, preparing statements for printing and mailing, printing tax bills, inserts, notices, and envelopes, and processing and presorting mailings. The selected vendor will also provide eNotice online services and deliver mailings to the United States Postal Service. The scope of work covers data receipt and processing, including accepting electronic tax billing data files, verifying data integrity, and notifying the county of any inconsistencies. Printing services require the use of high-speed production equipment and high-quality 8.5 x 11 paper approved by the county, ensuring accurate alignment and readability. The vendor must also print inserts and informational notices as requested and maintain quality control standards. Bidders must ensure compliance with all Indiana statutory requirements for property tax billings and maintain the confidentiality and security of taxpayer information. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Only) vendors. The contract period will be for one year.
