Printing Services

The agency is seeking printing, graphic design, and typesetting services. The printing services encompass business stationery such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and notepads, as well as brochures, flyers, and chemical carbon sets in single, duplicate, and triplicate formats, including prescription pads. The agency also requires color printing and photocopying, booklets, manuals, annual reports, and large documents. Graphic design services include layout and design, artwork and typesetting, and recommendations for graphic solutions. Printing services will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be US organizations only. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. The agency is looking for proposals. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
