The agency is seeking defined contribution recordkeeping services for its government authority in Waterbury, CT. This includes administrative, recordkeeping, employee education, and investment and retirement planning services. The selected vendor will trustee plan assets and maintain an open architecture fund menu for all four retirement savings plans. The project covers hosting an interactive, intuitive, and participant-friendly website with daily monitoring, tracking, reporting, and fund transfer capabilities. A secure, online portal for the organization to access, update, and monitor participant information is also required. The vendor must provide onsite education, investment, and retirement planning advisor services for employees at least twice a month, alongside virtual opportunities. The agency requires a proposer with a proven track record in providing these or similar services to large employer groups. The vendor will host and maintain an active toll-free hotline for participant inquiries and review and process all transactions for plan participants. Performance of the work will be onsite or offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations located only in the USA. All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. The contract period will be for four years. The agency is looking for proposals.
