Equipment Rental Program Service

The agency is seeking equipment rental program services for a government authority located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The authority requires a variety of construction and maintenance equipment, including air compressors, litter collection machines, asphalt pavers, recyclers, soil stabilizers, milling machines, backhoes, mobile vertical lifts, mowers, tractors, motor graders, boom lifts of various heights and types, pneumatic rollers, portable generators, road wideners, rubberized asphalt melters, trailer-mounted boom lifts, and scissor lifts of different sizes and terrains. The contract period for this service will be for one year. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to fulfill this equipment rental need. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
