Electric Distribution Poles Inspection Services

The agency is seeking electric distribution poles inspection services in Florida. The project requires a review of utility GIS and asset records, verification of site access, traffic control needs, and safety requirements. Bidders must confirm equipment identification numbers and GPS coordinates for all inspected poles. The scope of work includes visual inspections for all poles. Poles less than ten years old, third-party poles within the approved inspection scope, and poles identified as transmission poles in the database will receive a visual inspection only. A drone-based circuit patrol, combining ground and aerial visual inspections with UAS-carried sensors, is also required for safety and compliance. All poles will undergo a visual inspection from the ground to the top with the naked eye. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Only) vendors. The performance of the work will be onsite.
