The agency is seeking Microsoft application development services. This includes expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, as well as other Microsoft development tools. The project requires the development of specific functionalities within the D365 CRM system. These include the ability to create sensitivity labels for documents with sensitive data, assign different templates to specific user groups, and manage cases from submission to closure. The system must also support case creation, assignment, routing, escalation, and prioritization based on custom criteria. Further requirements for the D365 CRM system involve automating routine tasks such as case assignment, routing, status changes, data entry, and notifications. The system will automatically notify case owners of new assignments and offer advanced search capabilities, including keyword search, filters, and advanced query options. Users must be able to seamlessly locate, access, and retrieve specific records. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations located in Ireland only.
