Event Rentals Services

The agency is seeking event rental services for projects managed by the office of special events. This includes providing and delivering necessary rental equipment. Required items include a basic bar, plastic folding chairs, salad forks, bread baskets, lowball glasses, lighting, and staging and flooring. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The contract period will be for three years. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
