Employment Screening service

The agency is seeking an employment screening service for local, state, and nationwide background checks. This service will support an estimated up to 35 background checks annually for employment screening purposes. The agency requires a minimum lookback period for criminal backgrounds, compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The scope of work includes criminal background verifications to be completed within 72 hours of submission, alongside education verification. The agency requires assurance of accuracy and confidentiality for all records, reports, and documents provided. The contract period will be for three years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations only, meaning a USA organization. The performance of the work can occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals and will accept digital submissions via email or online. All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
