LED Lighting Upgrade Services

The government authority in Tunbridge, Vermont, is seeking LED lighting upgrade services. The agency requires the procurement and installation of new LED lighting fixtures and occupancy sensors. The scope of work includes the removal and proper disposal of existing fixtures, lamps, and ballasts. New LED fixtures must be Solid State Lighting certified and listed on the Design Lights Consortium (DLC) Qualified Product List version 5.1 or later. These fixtures must have a minimum efficacy of 120 lumens/watt, operate at 120-277V, possess a minimum color rendition index (CRI) of 80, and include a minimum 5-year warranty. They must also have a power factor of 0.90 or greater, 0-10V dimmability, and lumen maintenance of at least 36,000 hours (L90). Wall-switch mounted, dual-technology (PIR) occupancy sensors are also required. Installation involves mounting and wiring the new fixtures and sensors, ensuring proper alignment and connection to existing wiring. Training for building staff on the operation and maintenance of the new system is also part of the requirement. Eligibility for bidders is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The performance of the work will be conducted onsite. An optional pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for July 29, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to address this need.
