Personal Property Declaration Forms Printing and Mailing Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide printing and mailing services for personal property declaration forms. The agency requires printing of several exhibits with specific paper weight, color, and size specifications. Additionally, the agency needs double-sided postcard online filing notices and #9 window envelopes. The project covers printing and mailing of these forms, including electronic proof approval, provision of proofs with variable data within five business days of data receipt, and delivery of electronic "clean" form files post-approval. The vendor must also provide estimated postage costs before each mailing and float postage costs prior to payment. Payment for all work, excluding postage, will occur upon project completion. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite. The contract period will be for one year.
