Internet and Phone Services

The agency is seeking capable vendors to provide reliable and cost-effective internet and hosted VoIP services. The agency requires business-class internet service to all locations with a minimum bandwidth of 100 Mbps, or the highest available speed if 100 Mbps is not feasible. Unlimited data usage with no throttling or data caps is essential, along with service availability of at least 99.9% excluding scheduled maintenance, and proactive monitoring of internet services. The agency also requires Voice Over IP (VoIP) services including local and domestic long-distance calling. Key features for VoIP include voicemail with voicemail-to-email capability, call transfer, call forwarding, call hold, conference calling, caller ID, and call park. A web-based administrative portal for system administration is needed, supporting at least 50 concurrent telephone calls and accommodating future growth without core system replacement. Technical support must include a help desk during normal business hours and emergency support for service outages, with established escalation procedures. Preventive maintenance and software updates as needed, along with a designated account representative, are also requested. The performance of the work will be offsite, with the vendor carrying out the work in their own office premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only.
