Building Inspection Mobile Application and Inspection Management System Services

The agency is seeking a comprehensive inspection management system and a mobile inspection application to modernize its inspection operations. The solution must support field operations with mobile inspection workflows, real-time entry and synchronization of inspection results, and access to permit records and inspection history. It also needs to include photo, video, and document capture, offline functionality with synchronization, and compatibility with County-issued mobile devices. The project covers optional video inspection functionality, including live remote inspections, secure communication, and retention of inspection records. Scheduling and routing features are required for inspection scheduling, route optimization, and real-time updates. Reporting and analytics capabilities are needed for standard and user-configurable reports, operational dashboards, and inspection activity tracking. Communication and notification tools for automated alerts to applicants and contractors are also part of the requirement. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization. Performance of the work will be offsite, carried out in the vendor's office premises. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 11, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
