Pre-Employment Psychological Assessment Services

The agency is seeking pre-employment psychological assessment services for candidates applying for safety-sensitive public safety positions. These services will support the hiring, placement, retention, and operational readiness needs of the County. The project covers professional psychological evaluations including clinical interviews, standardized testing, analysis, and written professional recommendations to determine a candidate's psychological suitability for employment. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore, USA-only organization. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals.
