Rural Health Transformation Mobile Services

The Aging & Adult Services of Coastal Washington (AASCW) is seeking proposals to provide mobile health services to remote and underserved areas within Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Pacific counties. The agency aims to expand existing services or create new ones that strengthen local infrastructure and meet the goal of providing preventative health services. These services include screenings, education, chronic disease self-management, and referrals to healthcare and social service providers. The contract period is for one year, with initial awards anticipated from September 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, and one annual renewal possible based on contract compliance, performance, and funding availability. Funding sources include Federal ALN 93.798. Bidders may apply to provide services in one or more of the specified counties, with preference given to those able to serve high-priority areas. Applicants must be a US-based organization. The performance of the work will be onsite. The agency is seeking proposals and will accept submissions digitally via email or online. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026. The deadline for proposal submission is August 11, 2026, by 4:30 p.m.
