Comprehensive Laboratory and Specimen Collection Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive laboratory and specimen collection services. This includes routine blood panels, general diagnostics, medication and metabolic monitoring, hematology, endocrine screening, and infectious disease testing. The scope also covers urine testing, toxicology, drug testing for substance use programs, STI testing, HIV and Hepatitis screening, and TB testing. Additional laboratory diagnostics to support behavioral health treatment and clinical decision-making are required, along with rapid testing and crisis services. Performance of the work will be onsite at the government authority's location in Austin, TX. Bidders must be a USA Organization only. The contract period will be for two years. All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals.
