New Fleet Fueling System

The agency is seeking a new fleet fueling system for its location in Rome, GA. This project addresses the need to replace aging infrastructure and improve fueling capabilities. The scope of work includes the removal of six underground storage tanks, comprising three 10,000-gallon steel gasoline tanks and three 10,000-gallon steel diesel tanks. It also covers the removal of four dispensers, associated fuel piping, and electrical systems, including fuel mater and cathodic protection. The agency will manage UST closure sampling and reporting. The project also requires the installation of two UL 2085 aboveground storage tanks and the refurbishment of the existing fueling canopy/building and retaining wall, which involves surface preparation and painting of wood, block, concrete, and steel. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals and allows digital submission via email or online.
