24x7x365 Telephone and Switchboard Operator Services

The agency is seeking 24x7x365 telephone and switchboard operator services. This includes answering incoming calls politely and efficiently, routing calls appropriately, and assisting staff and patients in placing calls. The service must also manage collect calls, prevent unauthorized long-distance usage, and log telephone equipment malfunctions. The work will be performed offsite and requires continuous operation, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, fifty-two weeks a year, including holidays. The contract period will be for one year. This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Eligibility is restricted to organizations located within the USA. The agency is looking for proposals.
