Comprehensive Managed Print Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive managed print services for its network printers and multifunction devices. This includes the replacement, installation, maintenance, and support of the district's existing fleet. The solution must be turnkey, furnishing all equipment, software, licensing, maintenance, labor, parts, and implementation, excluding paper. The project covers the replacement of the district's current printer and multifunction device fleet with equipment leased for a forty-eight (48) month term. Installation and configuration of all proposed equipment are required, along with PaperCut MF licensing, implementation, and support. Integration with the district's Google Workspace environment and badge authentication for designated multifunction devices are also part of the scope. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization. Performance of the work will be offsite. The contract period will be for four years. All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
