The project covers a range of investigative components. These include Motor Vehicle Records, National Criminal Searches, Sex Offender Registry Queries, Employment Verification, Nationwide Federal Criminal Record Searches, Education Verification, Credit History checks, Social Security Number Verification, and Professional License Checks. The contractor must have access to all criminal databases for all counties and nationwide criminal databases. The contractor must provide a web-based solution with 24/7 availability. This solution should be paperless, with an applicant-friendly system for online applications and technology-driven follow-ups. The software must be cloud-based and compatible with current versions of common web browsers. The system should allow for live, real-time order status checks and configurable workflows, with potential for integration with popular Applicant Tracking Systems. Eligibility requires the organization to be onshore (USA Organization Only). The performance of the work will occur both onsite and offsite. The agency is looking for proposals.
