This includes secure receipt and processing of billing data, bill proofing, printing, folding, inserting, mailing, electronic bill suppression, address verification, postal pre-sorting, and reporting for Water, Real Estate, Personal Property, Demand, and Warrant bills. The project covers ten key areas: Transition and Implementation, Data Transmission & Processing, Online Bill Presentment & Suppression, Bill Proofing & Printing Requirements, Mailing Materials & Process, Processing & Postal Discounts, Address Verification & Correction, Postage Payment & Affidavit of Mailing, Reporting & Audit Capabilities, and Compliance & Best Practices. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore organization located within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite at the vendor's office premises.
