Leasing Agent Services

The agency is seeking leasing agent services for its government authority located in Tennessee. The agency requires a vendor to manage applicant processing using the Yardi Voyager 7S Affordable Waitlist Management and Tenant Placement and Rent Café Services platform. This includes processing completed move-in applications, screening, verifications, background checks, and document management within Yardi Rent Café. The contract period will be for one year. The performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization only. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
