Holiday and Special Event Decoration, Rental, Installation, and Removal Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide holiday and special event decoration, rental, installation, and removal services in Daytona Beach, FL. The project covers the rental, installation, and removal of decorations at various locations, including durable greenery wreaths with warm white LED illumination and 24-inch glitter bows. Pole wraps, both lighted and unlighted, using high-quality outdoor-rated materials, will be installed on assigned light poles. The scope includes a Christmas decoration theme to enhance the festive atmosphere and align with the aesthetic, as well as special event decoration services as needed, and large signature animated holiday displays. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Performance of the work will be onsite. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 24, 2026.
