Records Management Services

The agency is seeking records management services to assist in managing and improving its agency-wide Records Management Program. This includes providing a Project Manager to represent the contractor's organization and manage the project. The scope of work covers active and inactive records management, analysis and development of records management policies and procedures, records management training, technology support, and scanning and imaging support. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore organization located only within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite, with the vendor carrying out the work on their own office premises. The agency is looking for proposals and has set August 4, 2026, as the deadline for submitting all questions.
