Structured Voice and Data Cabling Installation Service

The agency is seeking structured voice and data cabling installation services for its facility in Wichita, KS. The project covers the installation of a Belden certified Cat6A cabling solution to specified data locations. This includes terminating, labeling, and certifying all cabling, installing J hooks for support, and providing 24-port modular style Cat6A patch panels with horizontal wire managers. The installation will support 18 wireless access point locations, 34 camera locations (25 in/on building, 9 on perimeter poles), and 69 data locations for holding/interview rooms, indicator lights, rooftop drones, and bodycam/taser docks. Additionally, 138 data locations are identified for PC/Phone/Printer connections. Twenty-one TV locations require both Cat6A and Quad Shield RG6 cabling, bringing the total cable count to 280. The agency also requires the provision of a four-post open rack, three APC UPS units, three rack PDUs, and two rack shelves. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
