Sports Officiating Services

The agency is seeking sports officiating services for youth and adult sports in Queen Creek, AZ. Sports may include youth basketball, youth volleyball, adult softball, adult basketball, and adult volleyball. The vendor and its officials will act as independent contractors, not town employees. The vendor will provide the required number of officials per game, ensuring they arrive no later than ten minutes prior to game time. Officials must wear industry-standard, professional uniforms and provide all necessary personal equipment, safety gear, and supplies. The vendor is solely responsible for arranging substitute officials and will not charge the agency for any scheduled game where officials fail to officiate. The vendor shall charge the agency at a half rate if an official arrives more than ten minutes after the game start time, and the official must work the balance of the game. Eligibility is limited to onshore, USA organizations only. The performance of the work will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
