Asset Management Plan Strategic Review Services

The agency is seeking asset management plan strategic review services to improve its organization, readability, and effectiveness as an actionable management tool. The project covers buildings and associated land assets administered by Infrastructure, including owned and leased properties that support government programs and services. The consultant will develop a comprehensive understanding of the asset management plan's background, purpose, and development, reviewing key data sources and the rationale behind its current structure and content. The work will streamline the plan to ensure it functions as a clear, practical, and actionable tool for the department. Bidders must be a Canada Organization only. Performance of the work will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
