Commercial Printing and Mailing Services

The agency is seeking commercial printing and mailing services on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis. Services may include printing only, mailing only, or a combination of both, determined by the agency per project. The scope of work is divided into two lots. Lot 1, printing services, covers envelopes, covers, business card stock, NCR forms, folders, and other paper-based materials. This includes printing on specified stock and envelopes, supporting full-color and black-and-white printing, and applying finishing options such as trimming, folding, scoring, perforating, lamination, coatings, and binding. Lot 2, mailing services, involves importing agency-provided mailing lists in CSV or Excel format, processing and formatting addresses, consolidating multiple records for the same recipient to minimize duplicate mailings, address printing, and mail preparation. Eligibility requires bidders to be a USA organization only, with performance of the work occurring onsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
