Municipal Vehicle Leasing Services

The agency is seeking municipal vehicle leasing services for agency-owned vehicles used by various municipal departments. The goal is to evaluate leasing options that offer operational flexibility, predictable replacement schedules, and cost efficiencies, while aligning with the agency's operational and budgetary requirements. The project covers vehicle acquisition and procurement coordination, lease financing options, and lease term recommendations. It also includes vehicle ordering, tracking, and delivery coordination, along with registration, titling, and related administrative services. The scope further involves coordinating vehicle replacement schedules, providing recommendations on leasing options and replacement planning, and offering municipal reporting and account management services. Optional leasing services may also be proposed. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore organization located within the USA. Performance of the work will be onsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. The agency is looking for proposals.
