The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals to add qualified firms to its existing On-Call Construction Services Master Agreement list. This opportunity covers concrete pavement repair and replacement, emergency tree removal, guardrail repair and replacement, ADA facility repair and replacement, and storm-water drainage facilities repair and replacement on an as-needed basis. The scope includes concrete removals, base construction, and concrete installation and finishing. Bidders must be a USA Organization. Performance of the work will be onsite. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system; no paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted. Questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. The response deadline is August 25, 2026, at 03:00 PM CT. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
