Fire Training Complex Construction Services

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking construction management services for a Fire Training and K-9 Compound. The project includes the construction of a Fire Training Facility with a Logistics Building. The Logistics Building will contain offices, a break room, classrooms, a decontamination classroom, a conference room, a weight room, locker rooms with restrooms and showers, a laundry room, and gear storage. The agency requires proposals from U.S.A. based organizations only. Performance of the work will be conducted onsite. The estimated construction cost is $14,000,000, with a pre-construction duration of 12 months and a construction duration of 12 months. Questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals that include fixed dollar amounts for pre-construction and construction services. The City reserves the right to directly purchase certain materials valued at $50,000 or more. Proposers must also submit a Subcontractor Utilization Plan detailing their intent to use minority, women, veteran, and small businesses in the Tampa Bay Region.
