Construction Management and Inspection Services

The South Coast Water District requires construction management and inspection services. The consultant will serve as the agency's Owner's Representative, providing professional construction management, inspection, coordination, monitoring, documentation, contract administration, and advisory services. The scope includes a Construction Manager, Resident Engineer(s), Lead Inspector, Project Controls Manager, Scheduler, Cost Controls Analyst, Commissioning Manager, and Electrical/SCADA Specialist. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. All work will be performed onsite. Proposals are requested. Questions are due by August 20, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
