Adult Recovery Court Services

The government authority in San Diego, CA, seeks proposals for adult recovery court services. The program will serve adult offenders referred through adult drug court and behavioral health services. Requested services include regular court appearances, drug testing, individual and group therapy, self-help attendance, client- and family-centered behavioral health care, trauma-informed and outcomes-driven services, evidence-based treatment practices like cognitive behavioral therapy, physician consultation for drug court participants, and care coordination with mental health services for drug court participants. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. The pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 14, 2026, and all questions are due by August 20, 2026.
