The government authority located in Evanston, IL requires a qualified independent firm of certified public accountants to provide professional financial auditing services. The chosen vendor must audit all City funds—including governmental activities, business-type activities, major funds, capital assets, long-term debt, and aggregate remaining fund information—for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The buyer also requires services for fiscal years ending 12/31 of 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030, though the immediate contract period covers one year.
