The vendor must also perform an electrical system evaluation covering distribution reliability, feeders, substations, transformers, protective equipment, infrastructure, system loading, and losses. Additionally, the scope requires capital improvement and utility planning to prioritize projects, estimate costs, establish replacement schedules, and recommend improvements for reliability, resiliency, and efficiency.
