Hosting Online Tax Sales Service

The buyer requires an onshore USA vendor to provide a hosted, internet-based tax sale service to conduct offsite online sales for approximately 3,200 delinquent property tax items and municipal charges during December. To meet eligibility requirements, the vendor must be a nationally recognized electronic municipal tax lien service. This status requires currently conducting online tax sales in at least two states, actively marketing an online tax sale system in multiple states, and having conducted online sales involving multi-state bidders within the past two years.
