Construction Administration Service

The government authority located in West Virginia requires a vendor to provide construction administration services for the Capital Connector Project, a multimodal transportation and pedestrian improvement project along an approximately 3.8-mile corridor. The selected vendor must serve as the city’s construction administrator, overseeing and managing the construction contract from award through project closeout. Required duties include reviewing and processing contractor submittals, requests for information, shop drawings, and change order requests in accordance with WVDOH and federal requirements. Additionally, the vendor must monitor the construction schedule, provide written progress updates, and maintain project documentation, including federal compliance records.
