Pre-Construction and Construction Service

The buyer requires pre-construction and construction services for a government authority in Las Vegas, Nevada. The requested scope includes designing a 5 MG below-grade reinforced concrete reservoir with two 2.5 MG basins, ancillary facilities, and provisions for future site expansions. It also encompasses designing a 6.7 MGD pumping station with a multi-room building, as well as managing site fencing, access roads, grading, and offsite electrical and drainage. The selected vendor must handle design coordination through site reviews and regular meetings, alongside construction management coordination to develop work packages, procurement processes, and subcontracting plans. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. The vendor will perform the work offsite at their own office premises.
