EMS Billing Services

The buyer seeks a US organization to provide offsite emergency medical services (EMS) billing services under a single one-year contract. The awarded vendor must receive and process patient billing, provide secondary collections, transition uncollected accounts upon request, and track aging accounts. The contractor must interface with the Image Trend Elite EMS system or a future system, integrate an electronic healthcare payment processing system with the buyer's website, and provide 24/7 online access to patient billing information. Additional responsibilities include electronically filing insurance claims and mailing direct patient bills within two days of receiving run reports, providing follow-up billing, and assisting with state and federal provider certifications and enrollments. The buyer accepts proposals digitally via email or online and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026.
