Independent Financial Audit Services

The Office of Public Accountability solicits proposals from U.S. Certified Public Accountant firms to provide independent financial audit services for the Guam Community College in Mangilao, GU. The selected firm will audit Fiscal Years 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029, subject to fund availability, with an option to renew for one additional fiscal year. Required audit reports comprise a financial statement report and reports on internal control and compliance. Work performance will occur onsite or offsite. Only U.S. organizations are eligible to apply, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets. Interested vendors must submit a registration form via www.opaguam.org to obtain the RFP packet. Bidders must email written questions to Public Auditor Benjamin J.F. Cruz by September 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ChST. Vendors must submit final proposals to Benjamin J.F. Cruz by September 14, 2026, no later than 5:00 p.m. ChST.
