Disaster Debris Collection Services

Cumberland, NC requires a USA-based vendor to provide disaster debris collection services for debris generated from public rights-of-way, private property, drainage areas or canals, waterways, and other designated public or eligible areas. The selected contractor manages field staff and debris hauler operations, schedules daily work, coordinates daily briefings with the County, maintains safety and training, and ensures all permits are maintained. Additionally, the contractor GPS-marks all points, hangers, leaners, and stumps, assists the County with public concerns, and performs emergency road clearance as identified by the Debris Manager. The buyer conducts evaluation based on unit prices for emergency road clearance cost estimates and is looking for proposals. The vendor performs work offsite from its own office premises. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than August 28, 2026.
