The Alberta government authority requires enterprise asset management excellence assessment and future readiness review services. The vendor will perform an offsite, evidence-based assessment using a three-part model covering enterprise, distribution, and transmission asset management systems. The buyer expects the assessment to evaluate system elements, life cycle management, planning, delivery practices, asset management practices, and risk and opportunity management, including corporate risk alignment, climate relevance, resilience, and contingency considerations. The review must identify strengths, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across governance, strategy, information and knowledge management, performance evaluation, continual improvement, and future readiness.
