The buyer seeks modern, scalable, cloud-hosted transit technology systems and intelligent transportation solutions for both fixed-route and demand-response operations. The requested scope includes a unified platform or interoperable solutions covering computer-aided dispatch, automatic vehicle location, scheduling, run cutting, workforce and driver management, mobile data terminals, automated voice and visual passenger information, automatic passenger counters, real-time rider alerts, and reporting analytics. Vendors must perform all work offsite. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to USA onshore organizations.
