RFI for Integrated Library System

The agency evaluates Integrated Library System (ILS) software to provide staff-facing library automation software supporting a consortium of libraries and patrons. The buyer needs offsite hosting/SaaS and system administration alongside comprehensive ILS functionality. The requested scope includes staff user interfaces, acquisitions and serials, electronic resource management, cataloging, authority control, records management, circulation, and detailed reporting and statistics for transactions, collections, and patron use. Additionally, the buyer requires ILS systems administration, documentation, training, new record loading, and remote authentication for e-resources. Eligible vendors must be onshore, USA-based organizations, and all work performance will occur offsite. The buyer currently seeks proposals to determine the budget.
