Street Improvement Program Services

The City of Woodstock, Illinois, requires a vendor to provide comprehensive street improvement program services. The selected contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and necessary items to perform hot-mix asphalt removal, full-depth reclamation on select streets, and base course preparation and grading. The scope also includes placing hot-mix asphalt binder and surface courses, removing and replacing curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, and installing new curbs and sidewalks. Furthermore, the contractor must replace drainage structures, sewers, and sanitary sewers, and perform site restoration and related items on-site. The buyer accepts proposals from onshore U.S. organizations only. Bidders must submit all questions by September 4, 2026. The buyer accepts digital response submissions via email or online, and explicitly requests proposals for the project budget.
