The buyer requires housing education consulting services for non-profit organizations in New Rochelle, NY. The selected vendor must design and deliver a comprehensive community education program focused on housing stability, rental tenant and property owner rights, and financial awareness of housing economics. The scope includes designing and facilitating a curriculum with three modules: property owners training to increase affordable housing inventory and present rehabilitation incentives; rental tenant training to cover budgeting, tenant rights, and affordable housing retention strategies; and financial readiness training to address credit improvement, savings, investing, and homeownership preparation. The vendor must perform all work onsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
