The buyer requires early learning management system project stabilization services for its integrated Arise platform. The selected vendor must establish an enhancement prioritization framework and intake process approved by executive leadership, track communication commitments, and provide recurring written backlog updates. Additionally, the vendor must conduct provider and family user testing, develop cross-team standard operating procedures, and create training plans, resourcing strategies, and long-term training capacities. The buyer limits eligibility to USA organizations operating onshore. Vendors may perform the work onsite or offsite.
