Sports Field Preparation and Striping Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide sports field preparation and striping services on an as-needed basis for youth soccer, baseball, and football fields in Redlands, CA. The vendor must furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, materials, and supplies. Requested scope includes leveling and dragging infields, compacting batter’s boxes and pitcher’s mounds, painting lines for football, soccer, and baseball outfields, and chalking infield lines. For regular striping, the vendor must complete fields at least four hours before the day's first scheduled game, with potential work on Saturdays and Sundays. The buyer will provide one week's notice for schedule adjustments and at least 24 hours' notice for last-minute changes or emergency requests. The buyer requires onshore performance within the United States, and the work requires onsite execution. The resulting contract period will last five years.
