Internal Audit and Advisory Risk Services

Travel Alberta requires a qualified vendor to provide internal audit and advisory risk services in Calgary, Alberta. The buyer needs the selected vendor to operate an independent, objective assurance service aligned with Travel Alberta's strategic objectives and the Institute of Internal Auditors' Standards. The requested scope includes developing and refreshing a risk-based rolling three-year audit plan, creating engagement work plans, and executing assurance and advisory engagements across areas such as enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, cloud environments, data governance, marketing, and artificial intelligence governance. The vendor must assess control frameworks and deliver risk-informed recommendations for continuous improvement. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors located in Canada only and requires all work performance to occur offsite.
